West Country Beef (PGI)

Raised on the lush pasturages of South West England, West Country Beef is a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) product, ensuring every cut meets the highest standards of quality, traceability, and ethical farming.

Born and reared exclusively in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, and Wiltshire, this grass-fed beef develops a superior muscle structure, resulting in meat that is exceptionally tender, richly marbled, and full of deep, natural flavour.

Thanks to a diet of at least 70% grass and forage, West Country Beef is distinguished by its beautiful marbling, succulent texture, and complex depth of flavour. The fat ranges from white to golden yellow, while the meat itself varies from a vibrant pink to deep red, with matured cuts developing an even richer tone. Each carcass is expertly butchered and refrigerated for a minimum of ten days to enhance its tenderness and quality.

At Pasturages.com, we proudly source only the finest West Country Beef, ensuring that every cut delivers an unmatched balance of sustainability, provenance, and outstanding taste. Whether slow-roasted, grilled, or braised, this exceptional British beef is a true reflection of the land on which it is raised.
